These are the first steps of Project Mindful Money in action, and I’d be so glad to have you at one or both of these free online events.

Session 1: Mindful Relief for Money Anxiety

We’ll guide you through a powerful, 3-part system designed to stop financial anxiety in its tracks—from calming your mind to securing your bank account with a tangible emergency fund plan. It’s the ultimate strategy for lasting financial peace.

Session 2: Morning Meditation for Mindfulness
🗓️ Thursday, Feb 12 | 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM EST
Start your day with clarity and calm. Join my husband, Cristof, for a gentle, one-hour live session to transition from busyness into peaceful awareness. It includes a 30-minute guided meditation focused on breath, quiet mind, and loving-kindness, followed by a live Q&A to help you integrate the practice.
A quiet space and an open heart are all you need for either session. The Zoom links will come directly from Eventbrite once you register.
